8. Peter Smallwood - Standing Stones

Peter Smallwood is a skilled woodworker and artisan whose passion for creating with wood began at the age of ten. He continues to hone his craft using the very same lathe that was passed down to him by his grandfather. Peter takes pride in utilizing found wood from Denman Island, which he sources with great care for his unique and captivating pieces.

In addition to his woodworking, Peter has recently renewed an interest in photography and watercolor. He channels his artistic talents into crafting exquisite, one-of-a-kind greeting cards that are sure to leave a lasting impression. Peter's move from Ontario to Denman Island in September of 2022 marked a significant turning point in his life. He has fully embraced the West Coast lifestyle.
